What we collect
Account holders: your email address (for magic-link login) and the content you create (workspaces, testimonials you collect or import).
Testimonial authors: the name, title, company, photo, testimonial text and optional video link you voluntarily submit through a collection form — always with an explicit consent checkbox confirming the testimonial may be published on the requesting site.
Beta signups: email and the optional details you share on the form.
Where it lives
All data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner, EU). We don't use analytics trackers, ad pixels, or sell data to anyone. Login emails are delivered via Resend.
Roles under GDPR
For testimonials, the site owner who requested them is the data controller; Quotewall acts as the data processor. We process testimonial data only to display it on the controller's site via the embed widget.
Removal & your rights
Gave a testimonial and changed your mind? Email privacy@getquotewall.com with the site name — we remove it within 30 days. Account holders can delete any testimonial instantly from the dashboard, and can request full account deletion at the same address.
Cookies
One httpOnly session cookie, only after you log in. No tracking cookies. The embed widget sets no cookies at all on your visitors.
